2.項目概況與招標范圍Project Overview and Tendering Scope

2.1本項目建設(shè)地址位于塞內(nèi)加爾恩達亞港，工程內(nèi)容包括修建1396米主防波堤，其中包括126米護岸-防波堤連接段、燈樁及檢修碼頭；1760米北護岸和西護岸（CH565-CH2325），以及納泥區(qū)東南護岸等工作。

The construction site of this project is located at Port Ndaya, Senegal. The project content includes the construction of a 1,396-meter main breakwater, which includes a 126-meter revetment-breakwater connection section, a light beacon, and a maintenance wharf; a 1,760-meter north revetment and west revetment (CH565-CH2325), as well as the construction of the southeast revetment of the mud disposal area, etc.

3. 投標人資格要求Qualification Requirements for Bidders

3.1具有合法、有效的營業(yè)執(zhí)照。(提供《營業(yè)執(zhí)照》復(fù)印件)

Possess a legal and valid business license. (Provide a copy of the Business License)

3.2不得為中交集團層級/四航院層級黑名單的市場主體

Shall not be a market entity on the blacklist of China Communications Construction Group level / CCCC Fourth Harbor Engineering Institute level

3.3本次招標不接受聯(lián)合體投標

Joint venture bids are not accepted in this tender.

4.招標文件的獲取Acquisition of Tender Documents

請于****-**-**日至****-**-**日17:***（法定公休日、法定節(jié)假日不休），通過登錄中交集團供應(yīng)鏈管理信息系統(tǒng)下載招標文件，本次招標不提供紙質(zhì)版招標文件，招標文件不收取費用。

Please download the tender documents by logging into the China Communications Construction Group Supply Chain Management Information System from July 4, 2025 to 17:***, 2024 (legal public holidays and statutory festivals are not closed). No paper version of the tender documents will be provided for this tender, and no fees will be charged for the tender documents.

5.投標文件的遞交Submission of Bidding Documents

在中交集團供應(yīng)鏈管理信息系統(tǒng)遞交投標文件時間為****-**-**日17時前。投標人應(yīng)當在規(guī)定遞交投標文件時間范圍內(nèi)通過登錄中交集團供應(yīng)鏈管理信息系統(tǒng)（網(wǎng)址http://empm.****.cn/）上傳，遞交時間即為上傳成功時間。逾期未上傳成功或者未上傳的投標文件，招標人不予受理。投標人應(yīng)當在規(guī)定遞交投標文件時間范圍內(nèi)通過登錄中交集團供應(yīng)鏈管理信息系統(tǒng)上傳投標文件，遞交時間即為上傳成功時間。逾期未上傳成功，招標人不予受理。
