二、申請人的資格要求

2. Qualification Requirements for Suppliers

(a)滿足《中華人民共和國政府采購法》第二十二條規(guī)定；

(a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People"s Republic of China";

（6）擬派項目負(fù)責(zé)人具有建筑工程專業(yè)二級及其以上注冊建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書，且未擔(dān)任其他在建的建設(shè)工程項目的項目負(fù)責(zé)人；

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:(3) It must be a legal person organization established in China according to law (this project does not accept branches to participate in procurement activities in their own names); (4) Having the qualification of Grade III and above for general contracting of construction projects; (5) Having a safety production license (within the validity period); (6) The person-in-charge of the proposed project has the qualification of registered construction engineer of Grade II or above in construction engineering, has a valid certificate of safety production assessment, and has not served as the person-in-charge of other construction projects under construction; (7) Performance requirements:***; (8) Other requirements:***.
